I want to thank everyone who contributed to the ASHA National Convention this year in Chicago. It was wonderful to see everyone. The Division Steering Committee especially wants to thank Thomas Tatham and Weijia Ni for presenting the Division 12-sponsored Short Course on NIH Grantsmanship. In addition, we would like to thank Ralf Schlosser for presenting on evidence-based practice in augmentative and alternative communication as a part of the division sponsored activities. A big “thank you” goes out to Sharon Glennen and her committee for an outstanding job of selecting and planning the augmentative-alternative communication section of the ASHA Convention as well as to all of the individuals who submitted and presented in this area. Thank you all for a job well done.
